Improved Health by Staying Hydrated through Winter

Water is the most important aspect to your good health and perhaps the easiest too.  Getting adequately hydrated is something very few of us ever experience and the ill effects are very real and the catalist for most diseases. The drying out (dehydration) coupled with an accumulation of toxins is what creates the body to suffer (dis-ease). Considering we are somewhere between 70-80% water you would think drinking water would be high on everyones to do’s list.  In Winter we use even more water in the body just to stay warm, so drink up.

Water is the vehicle that moves the nasty’s from our bodies, we need water to constantly renew and replenish our supplies and to keep everything lubricated.

You can only truly get hydrated with water that is slightly alkaline!

Drinking bottled water is acidic (around 6.0 pH) so you will never hydrate on a cellular level, the water is just to hard and dense to be absorbed.  On the other hand drinking water that is alkaline will be absorbed on a cellular level and will have telling effects on your overall health.  Once you have drunk alkaline water for the first time you will notice how the body cries for more and more, because your cells are getting it and love it.

We know this to be true with our pools and fish tanks but for some reason we ignore or are oblivious to this fact being true with humans. We are 70-80% water and water that is slightly alkaline stays clean!
