Hydrating with water is the easiest and most important aspect to gain better health and energy. Water acts as a catalyst in many chemical reactions in the body. If hydration levels are optimal, the rate at which these processes are carried out (metabolism) will be more efficient — meaning more calories will be burned! Drink about one liter of water for every 25kg of body weight. 75kg =3 liters.
