Green Juice Recipe

First things first. You will need a slow speed/ cold press  juicer such as an Oscar, a Compact or even better an Angel.

This is important when juicing greens as it will get all of the juice from the fibrous matter (pulp).

This is not rocket science…. you will use equal parts/ amounts of;

Kale, Celery, Parsely, Wheatgrass, Dandelion & Beetroot Leaves.

About 5 storks of each leafy green, a bunch of parsely and a handful of wheatgrass should make enough for 2 people. Add some water.  So green juice 50%- Water 50%.

Rocket Fuel for Humans. Absorbed within 20 minutes and about 70% chlorophyll (blood building). Enjoy
