Magnesium- the lamp of life

Magnesium accounts for almost every bodily function and process.

The more energy you burn the more magnesium you require. Great sources of magnesium are fruit and vegetables.  But most of us aren’t eating anywhere near enough. Eat more living foods, foods that have harnessed the suns energy to grow. These foods contain loads of magnesium.

Another way to up your magnesium intake is to bath in Epsom Salts (magnesium baths). The magnesium is absorbed through the bodies largest organ, the skin. Magnesium is a relaxant which allows your muscles to relax and aids in recovery.
