			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Water is the most important aspect to your good health and perhaps the easiest too.  Getting adequately hydrated is something very few of us ever experience and the ill effects are very real and the catalist for most diseases. The drying out (dehydration) coupled with an accumulation of toxins is what creates the body to suffer (dis-ease). Considering we are somewhere between 70-80% water you would think drinking water would be high on everyones to do&#8217;s list.  In Winter we use even more water in the body just to stay warm, so drink up.</p>
<p>Water is the vehicle that moves the nasty&#8217;s from our bodies, we need water to constantly renew and replenish our supplies and to keep everything lubricated.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>You can only truly get hydrated with water that is slightly alkaline!</strong></span></p>
<p>Drinking bottled water is acidic (around 6.0 pH) so you will never hydrate on a cellular level, the water is just to hard and dense to be absorbed.  On the other hand drinking water that is alkaline will be absorbed on a cellular level and will have telling effects on your overall health.  Once you have drunk alkaline water for the first time you will notice how the body cries for more and more, because your cells are getting it and love it.</p>
<p><strong>No Dis-ease can breed in alkaline state!</strong></p>
<p>We know this to be true with our pools and fish tanks but for some reason we ignore or are oblivious to this fact being true with humans. We are 70-80% water and water that is slightly alkaline stays clean! Why this knowledge is not more widespread is unknown&#8230;.. perhaps our health experts are focusing too much on treating the symptoms of disease and not on the causes of them.  Rest assured if you start eating a diet rich in alkaline forming foods (Fruit and Vegetables), drink plenty of alkaline water and take a safe chelation product such as zeolites (www.zeolife.com.au), you will feel better than you have in a long time, be empowered and move from the masses that rely heavily on seeing doctors to treat symptoms.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Although we live outside the danger zone as far the Japanese nuclear disaster is concerned, we are still exposed to more toxins and chemicals than any other time in mans history.  The use of zeolites during these catastrophies has greatly reduced the exposure and ill effects felt by those involved.  Zeolites have been clinically proven to rid you of all chemicals and toxins over a 9 month course. So unless you live in a bubble you are toxic, and no amount of exercise or supplementation will clean the bodies water&#8230;. zeolites will!</p>
<p><strong>Study: Zeolites and Radiation<br />
</strong>One  of the most immediate concerns in a nuclear emergency is the release of  radioactive iodine-131, which can be easily absorbed by the thyroid  gland, and can lead to thyroid cancer.</p>
<p>Much has  been reported about potassium iodide, which should be reserved for those  facing immediate exposure. For everyone else, look to consume sea  vegetables including kelp, wakame or kombu for foods that are naturally  rich in iodine, which may &#8220;fill&#8221; the thyroid with healthy iodine, making  it less likely to absorb radioactive iodine.</p>
<p>The larger  and long-term concerns relate to the other radioactive elements  including Cesium (Cs), Strontium (Sr), Uranium (U) and Plutonium (Pu).  Unlike radioactive iodine-131, which breaks down quickly, these heavy  metals linger in the body, damaging DNA for decades.</p>
<p>What  natural mineral have nuclear scientists turned to during past nuclear  disasters, including Three Mile Island and Chernobyl? A natural mineral  zeolite called Clinoptilolite.</p>
<p>Clinoptilolite <em>(the same type of zeolite in Natural Cellular Defense and Chava Vital Chocolate)</em> was used to clean up water surrounding Three Mile Island.</p>
<p>At the nuclear disaster in Chernobyl:</p>

<div>Over 500,000 tons of zeolite was dropped into the reactor to absorb radioactive metals</div>

<div>Cattle were fed zeolite to help keep radioactive ions out of milk</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Zeolite &#8220;cookies&#8221; were baked for children to help reduce radioactive absorption</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>When soil  contaminated with Cesium and Strontium was treated with zeolite, plants  growing in that soil resulted in NO uptake of Cesium or Strontium</div>

<p>These facts  and more were presented in a paper at the 1998 National Academy of  Sciences titled &#8220;La Roca Magica: Uses of Natural Zeolites in Agriculture  and Industry.&#8221; Click <a title="Zeolites Paper" href="http://www.pnas.org/content/96/7/3463.full?sid=3bcf8a83-3968-4c2a-a832-f4f6fdd75de2." target="_blank">here</a> to see the full paper, and go to the section titled Nuclear Waste and Fallout.</p>
<p>The  Clinoptilolite zeolite referenced in the paper is raw zeolite, which  means it was not &#8220;cleaned&#8221; of toxins present in its cage-like  structures, reducing absorption capacity.</p>
<p>The Clinoptilolite zeolite in Natural Cellular Defense (and Chava) has undergone a proprietary process, micronized (reduced in  size) to get into the bloodstream, and activated so that its cages are  &#8220;cleaned&#8221; for maximum absorption of heavy metals and toxins.</p>
<p>Since WWII the introduction of man-made chemicals into our everyday lives have grown exponentially.  In that 60 odd years man has created over 70,000 new synthetic chemicals.  Our bodies cannot cope with this toxicity and so now we have cancer at 1 in 3 and rising, alzheimers increasing, autism, ADD-ADHD,  an obesity epidemic and list goes on. <p>What you have suspected for so long is true- we have given you the brush-off!</p>
<p>It&#8217;s not that we don&#8217;t love you. But we know what you do to us. You line our intestines with mucus, making it difficult for us to digest, assimilate, and eliminate our foods. You clog our arteries and give us respiratory and heart problems. You make us fat and congested and misplace our trust with slogans such as &#8220;Milk- it does a body good&#8221; or &#8220;Milk- the legendary stuff&#8221;. Who really needs your trademarked mustache?</p>
<p>Not the majority of Asians, African Americans, and Eastern European Jews, who are lactose-intolerant. In short, an estimated 60% of society can&#8217;t tolerate you intestinally, lacking the enzyme to digest your milk sugar. The rest of us get sluggish and fatigued when we consume you. From this standpoint, it makes sense since HUMANS WERE NOT DESIGNED TO PROCESS DAIRY PRODUCTS IN THE FIRST PLACE, particularly pasteurized dairy. You can argue that I am part of the smart species that domesticated and harnessed the goodness of your milk, but intelligence doesn&#8217;t mean I was right, you just aren&#8217;t good for me!</p>
<p>We also don&#8217;t like what&#8217;s in you- low doses of antibiotics (anti-life), steroids, and hormones that are supposed to keep you free from diseases and help you lactate longer, but in fact cause us illness and resistance to beneficial bacteria in the long run. And then there&#8217;s what&#8217;s not in you. All those vitamins and calcium you&#8217;re supposed to have? Green leafy vegetables like broccoli, kale, spinach have so much more. And convincing us that you are the key to avoiding osteoporosis? Unforgivable. <strong>The nations with the highest intake of dairy, Australia, the United States, Sweden, and Finland, also have the shown the highest rates of the bone degenerating disease. Why?  Because it&#8217;s the acidic conditions conditions you create in us that makes our bodies pull the alkaline calcium out of our bones to neutralise the acid, leaving us with net calcium defecit. </strong>Taking calcium supplements for osteoporosis is a band-aid approach, becoming alkaline through the consumption of leafy green vegetables, fruits and nuts is how to prevent it.</p>
<p>You and the huge dairy industry that drives you are no longer needed in my life. I may miss the taste of ice-cream, yogurt and cheese but at the end of the day I am choosing to LOVE ME MORE THAN YOU EVER WILL.</p>

Close to 80% of our body is water so nourishing it with water is paramount.  There is really no excuse for why you shouldn&#8217;t be drinking more water.  It&#8217;s free and readily available almost everywhere.  pH stands for the power of hydrogen.   This indicates whether you are acidic or alkaline.  A perfect balance for your body is slightly alkaline, no disease can breed in an alkaline state.   So with this mind we should eat foods which are more alkaline and less that make us acidic.  Trouble is conventional western diets are stacked full of highly acidic foods and it&#8217;s little wonder we are as sick as we are.   But we all have the power to change and with knowledge you can make better decisions and be responsible for your own health.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>3.  Detoxification;</strong></span><span style="font-size: small;"> We all need to.   With the industrialisation of the world came big business and a need to produce large amounts of food to the far reaching parts of the globe.   Trouble is in doing this we have created some 70,000 new chemicals in 60 years that enhance foods shelf life, make it taste better, change it&#8217;s appearance or add it because it&#8217;s a cheap substitute.   These chemicals don&#8217;t have to be tested on humans before they are given the ok.  It&#8217;s criminal and we are the guinea pigs.   So changing your diet is a great start but to eliminate years of toxic build up a detox is in order.   You will gain better health with an improved immune system, fat loss, more energy, better brain function and drastically reduce your risk of terminal illness.</span></p>

Nutrition; </strong></span><span style="font-size: small;"> How are you nourishing the over 60 billion cells that inhabit your body?   You have a whole civilisation that you are the King/Queen of.  Now a flourishing civilisation needs life giving foods.   These living foods include vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, sprouts, legumes and whole grains, pretty much a vegetarian diet.   This may sound difficult if you have grown up on a different diet.  But surely after years of trying the same things and getting the same results a change is in order.   Try introducing more living foods into your diet, day by day, week by week you will feel the difference and understand the importance of you are what you eat.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>5.  Exercise;</strong></span><span style="font-size: small;"> Sadly for myself I come in last, but none the least  very important.   Exercise is really just about doing the work.  In time it becomes easier, starting out again is the hardest part so congratulate yourself, the hard work is almost done.   As you become stronger and fitter it won&#8217;t seem so hard.   Keeping moving is something that is lost in modern life.   Our jobs and families take priority and sadly we neglect the only body we will ever own.   When at the end of the day your health is your greatest asset.   If you don&#8217;t use it, you lose it.  This phrase is so true, in fact as we age our muscles begin to shrink and lose there flexibility, they begin to harden.   So it is of great importance that we don&#8217;t age prematurely and “do the work”.   Great quality of life as we age surely is being able to move free of pain, have independence, be active and healthy and enjoy playing with our grand kids on their level, on the ground.   This won&#8217;t happen if you neglect and abuse your body.<br />
